- Repository: A Data structure representing a Test definition hierarchy, which may be selected by the user to backup and share its contents via Internet/Cloud Services.
- Local Application: APIJockey Test is a Apple MacOS Software Application that runs "locally" on computer devices under the control of a user.
- Cloud Services: Internet-technology based functionality that uploads and downloads data from and to the Local Application.
- Cloud Storage Facilities: Google's Firebase product
Use of personal Data in Local Applications
- We use Google Cloud Authentication Services to authenticate users and authorize access to uploaded data.
- We use Apple Sign-In to authenticate Users in the Local Application and authorize access to data stored in the Cloud Storage facilities.
- We use the following personal data to authenticate and authorize upload and download data by using Cloud Services:
- Email address: A successful authentication upon Apple Sign-In will return an email address that will be stored in the Local Application.
This email address will be stored in the Cloud Storage Facilities together with uploaded data to assess read and write permissions on data in the Google Cloud Storage facility.
Use of personal data in Cloud Services
- We include your email address as an additional information to your test data (except variables of type confidential) in the Test Definition hierarchy, when you backup and Share data ("upload").
- We include email addresses that you enter to share your uploaded data with others as an additional information when you configure that the owner of that email-address MAY consume your uploaded data or may contribute his own data.
- We use the Firebase product from Google to implement the Cloud Services, see how Privacy and Security in Firebase (Google Cloud Product is provided in the third party solution.
